- Put a short quote onto the clothing label that captures your relationship with the person you are giving the scarf to, embodies the time of year when you are giving it, or summarizes your feelings about knitting. Quotes can be a fun addition, since they can evoke strong emotions, if chosen well, and they will help your loved one to think fondly of you and the item for years to come.
- If you can’t settle on a quote you like, keep it simple.
