Privacy Policy

Privacy and security are taken very seriously by It’s Mine! Labels, and we invite you to review our policies below.

Security:

Our website has current state-of-the-art firewall protection so that you can browse and shop with confidence.  We additionally use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your personal information.  This protocol encrypts all personal information, including payment details, as soon as it is transmitted over the internet.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Order information:

When placing an order on our website, we request several pieces of personal information.  We require billing and shipping names and addresses, as well as contact details in case we need to reach out to you with any questions regarding your order.

We request financial information to process the order, but this information is directly transmitted to our credit card processing company using the encryption protocol.  This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing your payment.

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

Creating an Account:

During the shopping process, you will have the option to create an account with us.  This is not necessary in order to shop with us.  By creating an account, you will have access to your sales history, be able to re-order labels quickly, and it will make checking out faster on future orders.  Customer account details are protected by our security protocols.  Financial information is not retained, and will have to be re-submitted when placing a new order.

Sharing customer information:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only collect and have access to information that you voluntarily give us via our website or by another means of direct contact from you. We do not and will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Using personal information:

We periodically use customer details to send out coupons.  You may ask us at any time to refrain from contacting you by either calling our office on 866.695.2235, or by e-mailing us at [email protected].

Credit card fraud:

We consider credit card fraud a very serious criminal offense. If we have any concerns about an order placed on our website, we will contact you directly via e-mail or telephone for verification purposes.  Please understand that this is a precaution to protect you.

Changes to information or concerns:

You may contact us at any time to request changes to your information, or to discuss any concerns you may have, by either calling our office on 866.695.2235, or e-mailing us at [email protected].
